【大阪店スタッフ】Oak Wood , Silver Grain - SHARK ATTACK ONLINE SHOP

Hello, good evening~

I'm Kanaoka, a staff member at the Osaka store!

Sorry for the delay,

Happy New Year🎍

Before I knew it, time had flown by and the first week of February had already passed.

Today, we will introduce the products that arrived at our Osaka store on January 19th.

We have some very high quality cabinets in stock so we'd like to introduce them to you!

But before that,

Oak is the wood that is most commonly heard of in vintage furniture.

Do you all know much about this?

The scientific name for oak is Quercus, which means "beautiful tree" in Latin.
Humans have a long history of using oak.
The oldest barrels were made of oak and were discovered in the ruins of ancient Rome.

The appearance of the wood grain is different depending on whether it is straight grain or flat grain.
It is famous for its beautiful grain.
This wood has many advantages, such as being hard, resistant to deformation and scratches, and being resistant to pests.

This time we will introduce a cabinet that makes generous use of the oak tiger stripe part.

Why are tiger stripes so rare in the first place?
Tiger stripe, also known as silver grain
It is found in the straight grain of oak wood and has a pattern that resembles tiger fur.

It only appears on high-quality oak wood.
Since it is only found in the center, it is difficult to obtain, making it highly valuable.
Its glossy pattern makes it clear at a glance that it is made from high-quality wood.

As mentioned above, the entire cabinet has a glossy finish and a beautiful natural tiger stripe color that is captivating, while also exuding the solid feel that is unique to oak.
The hard oak wood is carefully carved by craftsmen to create a beautiful curved shape.

Not only is it beautiful, it is also extremely functional.
The top two shelves on the left side are movable and have ample depth, providing excellent storage capacity.

The storage on the right side has a hidden storage space hidden at the back of the shelf, which is sure to appeal to children.

(It appears to be a space to hide cables, but the impact of it being "hidden" is irresistible.)

This cabinet is full of charm
The size is just right, making it a highly recommended item for both home and display purposes.

Also, in this Osaka store arrival,
We have a wide variety of cabinets in stock, both low and high!

The items introduced this time use oak wood generously.

We have lots of them not only in our Osaka store but in all our stores!

You can see our products using Oakwood here , so please check them out :)

That's all for today!

See you next month 👋
