※Regarding product storage fees
If you request delivery more than one month after purchasing the product, a product storage fee will be charged.
Storage fees are paid at the time of ordering the product.

・Depending on the design and weight of pendant lights, chandeliers, etc., electrical work may be required for installation . We ask that you arrange for this work yourself.
- We do our best to ensure that the product images are as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your browser environment, etc.
-Please note that there may be a time lag between the stock status displayed on the website and the actual stock status .
・If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email. If an item is out of stock, we will accept cancellations and additional orders.
-As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed, so please check carefully before placing your order.
・Please note that if payment is not made within one week of placing an order, it will be treated as a cancellation and you may be refused shopping at our store in the future .
If the product is returned to us after it has been shipped due to an extended absence or other reasons, we will charge you for the return shipping costs.

All of the lighting we sell is powered by a wall socket.
Both power sources and light bulbs that meet domestic standards are available.
You can also change it to a hook ceiling for ¥880.
Bulbs are not included, so please purchase them at your local electronics store.
It can accommodate incandescent bulbs up to 40W and LED bulbs up to 100W equivalent.
- About installing hanging lights -
In general households, hook ceiling fixtures are often used.
The installation method for mounting to the ceiling varies depending on whether you are using a ceiling, lighting rail, or direct mounting, so please check the shape of the power source.
When sold, it is basically sold as a power outlet tap, but we can also change it to a hook-on ceiling, so please purchase this at the same time when placing your order.

- About lighting processing -
Lighting cords and chains can be cut to your desired length.
*The existing cord length of the vintage hanging lighting is approximately 150cm.
Regarding imported lighting, the cord length varies depending on the product.
