At our store, Bob's Box, we will be holding an exhibition and sale of vintage glassware imported from Sweden.
Swedish glass culture has a long history dating back to the 19th century.
During the long, cold winters, people have polished glass to enjoy light. This unique aesthetic of treating light as a material is said to be a symbol of Scandinavian design.
Between the 1950s and 1970s, many beautiful designs were created that combined art and everyday life, and they are still loved around the world today.
Please come and experience the light of Swedish glass, which continues to shine through the ages.
