A dining chair with a deep wood grain and distinctive design
This wooden dining chair has a deep, vintage wood grain and a nostalgic feel. It features a classic spindle back and legs that have been carefully carved on a lathe.
The underside of the seat is engraved with "Oirschotse Meubelmakerijen" and a cute logo. This is proof that the chair was made by local craftsmen in the Dutch town of Oirschot, during a time when the town's furniture industry flourished. The 1960s and 1970s, when this chair was made, were Oirschot's golden age of chair production.
These sturdy pieces of furniture were carefully crafted by artisans of the time using high-quality wood. They are not only practical as dining chairs, but also make wonderful desk chairs or accent pieces in the living room.
The small scratches that have developed over the years of use and the changes that have occurred in the wood over time weave a special story that is unique to this chair. It is a chair that allows you to feel the Dutch furniture culture.
It is highly recommended for home use as well as for commercial use.
