EGO Stengods (Ego Sten Goods)
From the 1960s to the 1970s, they produced numerous pieces with dynamic textures reminiscent of rock faces and geological layers, evocative of the harsh Nordic nature. Their style, which emphasizes shadows by layering white and blue glazes over a matte brown base, shares a zeitgeist with West German brand Fat Lava, but because each piece was carefully crafted by hand, they possess a unique expression and tranquil beauty not found in mass-produced products. The bottom of each piece is engraved with the words "EGO LIDKÖPING" or their signature as proof of quality, and the manufacturer remains highly regarded among Nordic vintage enthusiasts today.
