"Macrame" is a weaving technique using string, and is a type of traditional textile that was made mainly in Islamic countries such as Arabia and Europe in ancient times.

With the theme of creating products that come alive when blended with nature, we use naturally-derived materials such as driftwood, wool, cotton, and bamboo, as well as natural dyes, and the delicate patterns that are created by combining each individual piece are beautiful and perfect for interiors and lifestyles. It blends in easily.

While working at a select shop, Mr. Kawasaki was in charge of craft artists and works from around the world, and became fascinated with the world of macrame and weaving, learning dyeing and weaving techniques on his own.
In 2019, I started handling my own works as [coa.].

As an artist with a long history of apparel, he uses the technique of designing and creating his works as if he was making clothes, and works that are inspired by nature and finished in a relaxed manner in Kamakura, which is surrounded by mountains and the sea.
