101 Copenhagen is a Danish interior design brand founded in 2017. They produce high-quality, timeless lighting, furniture, ceramics, etc. that match the Scandinavian lifestyle, and their innovative, minimalist collections that combine a passion for materials, sophisticated textures, and aesthetic, organic color schemes in their designs have attracted worldwide attention.
Furthermore, one of the brand's founders, designer Christian Sofus Hansen, graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and then came to Japan to study at the Kyoto Institute of Technology. Perhaps as a result, their work has a glimpse of the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi.
