Carl Fagerlund
Born in 1915. Swedish glass and lighting designer.
He studied design in Stockholm and worked as a designer at Orrefors, a long-established Swedish glass manufacturer famous for its high-quality crystal art, from 1946 to 1980.During his time at Orrefors, Karl Fagerland designed many lamps,
He produced many pieces combining glass and brass, which are now considered classic designs.
In addition to the lamps he created for Orrefors, Karl Fagerland also produced
Crown Prince Eugen's Waldemarsdorf, General Motors Headquarters in the United States,
They have also designed lighting for the Swedish Embassy in Tokyo and the Merkur Hotel in Copenhagen.His works are full of life and are all beautiful pieces that use glass lavishly.
*As this item weighs 5 to 10 kg, please install it using the metal fittings on both sides of the full-hanging rosette with hook.
・The power supply is a wall outlet type, but it can be replaced with a ceiling hook (sold separately) (¥880).
・Both power supplies and light bulbs comply with domestic standards.
・Maximum wattage = 40W equivalent (fluorescent lamps and LED bulbs can be used)
*When using LED bulbs, it can handle up to 100W equivalent.
- Bulbs are not included, so please purchase them at your local electronics store.
- The socket and cord have been replaced with new ones.
