This item is from DECO, a ceramics manufacturer based in Helsingborg, southern Sweden. The stickers on the bottom and side clearly state that it was designed by popular designer Rosa Ljung.

Designer Rosa Ljung worked at the company from 1967 to 1973, and created many simple and adorable objects, including flower vases and cute animal motifs such as birds and horses. She was a designer active at the Swedish ceramics manufacturer DECO from 1967 to 1973. She designed numerous ceramic objects, including animal motifs such as birds, cats, and horses, as well as vases and candlesticks. Her works are characterized by their rounded forms, adorable expressions, and relief decorations of flowers and berries, and are still highly popular among enthusiasts of Scandinavian vintage.
