An attractive ashtray made of clear blue glass

This ashtray was made by Per Lütken, a master of Nordic glass craftsmanship, and is manufactured by the Danish company Holmegaard. It is said to have been produced in the 1950s or 1960s, and is an attractive piece of clear blue glass.

All of the glass is hand-blown by artisans, and the smooth, organic curves and moderate weight perfectly combine functional and structural beauty.
