Founded in 1927 by Alois Scheurich, the company sold a wide range of affordable ceramics, glass ornaments, and household items.
The company grew rapidly from the 1950s to the 1980s, becoming Germany's largest manufacturer of ceramics and maintaining a strong position in the industry.
Many of the models have the same form but come in a variety of decorative patterns, making them popular items with many collectors.
