Description
Item No. _spoon_B
Brass spoon.
Sukkara means spoon in Korean.
It has a long, thin handle and a shallow scooping area.
The motif is an antique sukkara that was once used in Korea.
The design is easy to use on Japanese dining tables.
The size is roughly the same as the dessert spoon commonly used on Japanese dining tables.
Each piece is made by hand.
Cleaning is no problem as you would with regular dishes.
Wiping off the water immediately after washing will reduce the chance of blackening and water droplets forming.
Don't worry too much about the fact that it's brass; you can treat it just like regular tableware.
With continued use, even black spots and water droplets will blend in and develop a deeper flavor.
Also, when you put it in your mouth, you can smell the metallic smell that is unique to brass.
If you use stainless steel tableware for a long time, you may be concerned about this at first,
I think you'll gradually get used to it. If it bothers you, please refrain from using it.
